Sofia is an admin volunteer at Power To Be’s Victoria office. Her smile and energy consistently bring a gentle calmness to our office space on Wharf St. Consistency, passion, and an awesome sense of style, Sofia has it all! She is always up for whatever task is thrown her way and completes it with impressive diligence and speed. Her openness to dive into different realms of the organization, including Advancement project support and volunteer services database tracking, is very much appreciated. Sofia was able to integrate into the Power To Be culture with an ease that seemed to come naturally. She really fits like a glove while at the same time offering a unique perspective and energy. Every Wednesday without fail she shows up ready to help with a smile on her face, we feel very lucky to have her. You can tell that she connects to our mission and values by how committed she is about her work with us. Her authenticity is very apparent and appreciated by all that work in our office; she’s the real deal! She is very self-directed and mastered the not-so-easy to master phone system in our office right off the bat! Sofia enjoys being in the outdoors and especially loves dancing. Sofia is truly one of a kind and an admin volunteer extraordinaire! We are grateful to have her and are thankful for her giving of her time to Power To Be.
