Joining us in 2016, Sarah’s Squamish background and appreciation for the North Shore’s natural beauty lend her a passionate local’s perspective. She has supported a huge range of Adaptive Recreation activities and is always game to support whatever new thing we want to try. With an easy smile and a warmth that radiates, Sarah has become a key member of the volunteer team in Vancouver.

An accomplished dancer, Sarah’s dedication and commitment to her craft translate to everything she undertakes. Bringing a positive attitude, an understanding ear, and a beautifully calm demeanour, she is 100 per cent present with participants. Sarah’s natural ease and friendliness provide comfort while her encouragement can be that little extra push you might need to try something new.

A genuine, caring individual with a heart of gold, Sarah brings joy and care to every program she is part of. She hopes to pursue a career in medicine, bringing her dedication and warmth to both research and clinical work. Thank you for all the ways you support our participants, Sarah!
