Power To Play Vancouver raises $240,000

The rain didn’t slow the momentum for teams racing in Power To Play Vancouver 2015. More than 30 teams representing Vancouver businesses raced through Stanley Park Sept. 24 after raising $240,000 in support of Power To Be.

Wilderness School youth celebrate their journey

Surrounded by family, friends and the Power To Be community, Wilderness School youth celebrated all they have accomplished in the program over the past year. From surf trips to Tofino, summiting some of Vancouver Island’s highest peaks and kayaking the Gulf Islands, the youth were recognized for their dedication to leadership, positive social development and life skills fostered through outdoor adventure and education.

Community tees off in support of Power To Be

A perfect day on the links was a record-breaking success for Power To Golf, in support of Power To Be. The ninth annual tournament brought out notable leaders from Victoria and Vancouver’s business and sports communities. Together they raised $261,000 for Power To Be’s accessible outdoor recreation programs.
